Join Road America and experience the thrill of driving your own high-performance or track-prepared vehicles appropriate for non-competitive track day use on one of North America’s greatest road courses. The Track Day program focuses on fun, learning, and performance driving in a safe, non-competitive environment. This is not a timed event. All drivers must follow flag and passing rules; failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
Don’t have a performance car? Take the next step into motorsports with a RUSH SR track car. A limited number are available each track day through Diversion Motorsports LLC. Approved drivers may participate in all run groups.
Event requirements
- Open to street-legal vehicles and dedicated track-prepared cars appropriate for non-competitive track day use. Trucks, Vans, and SUVs are not permitted.
- Convertibles must have factory-installed rollover protection to participate.
- If you are unsure whether your vehicle qualifies, please contact us in advance.
- Drivers must be at least 16 years of age.
- No passengers permitted.
- The track configuration uses the Turn 11 bend, not the Kink.
- Concessions will be open for lunch.
- Snell M,SA2015, M,SA2020, M,SA 2025 helmets are required. ( this is the final year for 2015 rated helmets )
- Helmet rentals are available for $30 per day.

- Novice - If this is your first event, we highly recommend starting in the Performance schools! Novice group is open to drivers with starting out or not signed off to drive solo yet. (0 to 5) on track events. Students who have participated in Performance 1 and 2 move up to Intermediate quicker. Novice Run Group is a lead follow format guided by Instructors and includes classroom time.
- Intermediate - 6 – 10 days at this road course or equivalent road course and signed off to drive solo. If you do not qualify, you will not be permitted on track.
- Advanced - Approved to run Advanced Run Group with Road America – or equivalent road course – contact us if not sure.
- After registration closes online, walk up registration permitted if space available for an additional $50.00 per group.
- If you register for a run group you are not approved for you will not be permitted on track.
